Account and business details: business name, tax ID, addresses, contact names, phone numbers and email addresses.
Resale certificates and any other documents you upload.
Order history: what you order, delivery details and payment status.
Payment details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe). We don't store full card or bank account numbers.
How you use the website: pages visited, the device and browser used, and actions such as creating an account or placing an order. See "Cookies, analytics and advertising" below.

How we use it

To review and approve your account.
To process, deliver and support your orders.
To send you emails about your account and orders.
To send occasional promotions and reorder reminders. Every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never stops emails about your orders.
To understand how the website is used and to measure and improve our advertising.
To keep records required for tax and accounting.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the business: with our payment processor, email provider, hosting provider and freight carriers, and with the analytics and advertising services described below. We don't sell your information.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use a cookie to keep you logged in. We also use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to understand how visitors use the website and to measure our ads. These tools use cookies and similar technology to record the pages you visit, your device and browser, the ad that brought you here, and actions such as creating an account, submitting an application, placing an order and paying online, including the order amount. They don't receive your tax ID, your resale certificate or your payment details.

Google and Meta handle this information under their own privacy policies. You can limit ad personalization in your Google ad settings and your Meta ad preferences, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or block cookies in your browser. The website keeps working either way.

Security

Passwords are stored in hashed form, and uploaded documents are only visible to your account and our staff.

Your choices

You can update your business details from your account, and unsubscribe from promotions and reminders with the link in any of those emails. To close your account or ask about your data, contact us at rainbowwholesale961@gmail.com.
