Rainbow Wholesale · Quick-start guide

Open an account
Go to “Open an account”. Enter your business details and upload your resale certificate (PDF, JPG or PNG). You can browse the catalog right away.

Get approved
We review your certificate, usually the same business day, and email you when you're approved. Wholesale case prices then show on every product.

Add cases
Search by brand, flavor, size or SKU, or browse by category. Type how many cases and add them to your cart. Everything is sold by the case.

Choose how to get it
Pickup from $500. Local delivery from $1,000 for $50, free at $2,000 and up. Outside our area: freight, quoted after you order.

We confirm, then you pay
We confirm every order before payment, so your total is final. Pay online by bank (ACH) or card, or by cash or check at pickup if your account allows it.

Reorder with Buy Again
Next time, open Buy Again: your usual products and quantities, one click to put them back in the cart. Change anything before checkout.
