Who can buy from Rainbow Wholesale?

Businesses that buy for resale: convenience stores, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, vending operators and other resellers. You'll need a valid resale certificate.

How long does approval take?

We aim to approve accounts the same business day during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM).

Why can't I see prices?

Prices are only shown to approved wholesale accounts. Create an account and upload your resale certificate to see them.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum order is $500. Local delivery starts at $1,000 and is free at $2,000 and up.

Do you deliver to my area?

Enter your delivery address at checkout and we'll show you what's available. If you're outside our local area, we can ship by freight anywhere in the U.S.

Can I buy single bottles or cans?

No. Everything is sold by the full case.

Can more than one person on my team order?

Yes. The account owner can invite team members from Account → Team. Everyone shares the same account, orders and saved lists.

What if something arrives damaged?

See our Returns & Damages policy. In short: check your order at delivery, note any problem on the delivery receipt, and tell us within 24 hours.
